Medicinal Cure Co. Ltd. (Thailand) Payment and Refund Policies.

Because we are a very small operation with only 10 rooms and a maximum capacity of 12 clients we are required to enforce the following payment and refund policies.

  1. We require a 50% down payment in order to confirm your booking.
     
  2. There is a NO REFUND POLICY on down payments in regards to booking cancellations less than 45 days  (6 weeks) in advance.
     
  3. If you would like to cancel a booking with an interval of more than 6 weeks we charge a 30% cancellation fee. (30% from the deposit).
     
  4. All outstanding payment need to be settled on arrival and before starting the course.
     
  5. There is also a NO REFUND POLICY on payments made in full in the case of you wanting to shorten you stay.
     
  6. Payments can be made in cash (GBP, US$, THB only) or with credit cards (Visa, Master only).
     
  7. We charge an additional 3% surcharge for the use of credit cards
     
  8. Starting from Jan, 2005 we are required by Thai Law to add 7% V.A.T. and 3 % Service Charge. This is INCLUDED in all our advertised pricing.

If you are unsure about your length of stay it is recommend to book only 1 week instead of 2 or 3 weeks and extend your stay after your first week, this of course is subject to availability.
